- The ancient tradition of Yoga, which means union or harmony, is both a philosophical system and a science that offers us the opportunity to deepen our self-awareness through physical movement, breathing and meditation. The practice of Hatha yoga can lead to physical benefits such as improved cardiovascular functioning, stronger muscles and bones and increased flexibility. The benefits to the mind and soul are endless - the experience of quieting your mind and connecting with your breath leads to a deeper sense of well-being and balance. IO primarily offers classes in the vinyasa, or flowing style of Hatha yoga, which synchronizes movement with breath. Our team includes expert stylists, colorists, massage therapists, and a manicurist/pedicurist/waxing specialist. Atelier Emmanuel is now an exclusice carrier of GHD hair products. Refresh, A Day Spa
- Spa treatments are available to guests 18 and over. To take advantage of the many amenities that are provided for use during your visit, please arrive 15–20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Enjoy our sauna and steam rooms, or relax with a special blend of tea. As this is time for you to escape, please turn off all cell phones and pagers.We provide a locker for your belongings, a luxurious re:fresh robe, sandals and a towel for your use.

- My life journey took a swift turn with the loss of my father in 2001 to non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, and I soon turned to athletic fundraising with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society through the sport of triathlon as a way to honor my father's life and memory. Early in my training, I recognized the healing ability of bodywork for athletes like myself. I also became increasingly interested in massage therapy as way to heal my friends and the greater world around me.

- Ever had a bad massage or facial at resort or big swanky hotel chain corporate spa? That’s because they are into “quantity” not “quality”! The quality of a service and the therapist is generally poor because they cater to the traveling client and rarely see the same client twice. If you want a great service, look for a smaller spa whose clientele holds them to a higher standard.
