- Spa treatments are available to guests 18 and over. To take advantage of the many amenities that are provided for use during your visit, please arrive 15–20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Enjoy our sauna and steam rooms, or relax with a special blend of tea. As this is time for you to escape, please turn off all cell phones and pagers.We provide a locker for your belongings, a luxurious re:fresh robe, sandals and a towel for your use.

- My life journey took a swift turn with the loss of my father in 2001 to non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, and I soon turned to athletic fundraising with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society through the sport of triathlon as a way to honor my father's life and memory. Early in my training, I recognized the healing ability of bodywork for athletes like myself. I also became increasingly interested in massage therapy as way to heal my friends and the greater world around me.
